Accelerating Africa's global competitiveness will be addressed by delegates attending a two-day Government Leaders Forum-Africa conference in Cape Town.
The conference started on Monday and is organised by computer conglomerate Microsoft. The company's chairperson, Bill Gates and former US president Bill Clinton will address the conference on Tuesday.
The conference's official website said it provided an opportunity for leaders to exchange experiences and discuss issues related to economic competitiveness, capacity building, regional integration and service delivery.
It will also examine the role that information and communication technology plays in achieving success in these areas.
