The Etango Game Lodge lies in the foothills of the Waterberg Mountains, near Bela Bela, less than a two-hour drive from Johannesburg International Airport. It’s a beautiful venue for conferences, team-building, and adventure.
The corporate conference venue is fully-equipped and able to host 60 delegates. Accommodation is available at the Lodge, with 10 en-suite chalets, sleeping two people downstairs and two people upstairs each.
The Lodge is home to 285 species of bird, as well as plentiful game that includes kudu, waterbuck, zebra, giraffe, blue wildebeest, blesbok, and the leopard. Game walks, game drives, nature trails, birding, and horse safaris are all on offer.
In addition, there is, among others, table tennis, volleyball, swimming, pool, and quad biking available, as well as exciting team-building activities.

Ingwe Lodge offers a wonderful bushveld getaway venue for a conference. Sleeping 42 people, the lodge offers two main conference rooms for 42 delegates, as well as a breakaway area for 30 people and the Bushcamp breakaway for 12 people.
Equipment is supplied, as are secretarial services.
Ingwe Lodge is a 30-minute drive from the Eastgate Airport, an hour from Phalaborwa, and two hours from Nelspruit.

Located about an hour-and-a-half's drive from Pretoria, near Warmbaths, Mabalingwe conference centre is able to host up to 250 people, while for accommodation there are 172 bedrooms.
There are two main conference venues, and three breakaway rooms are also available.
Standard equipment is supplied, and various menus are available for catering.
There is a lot that can be done in leisure time: game drives, 4x4 trails, tennis, squash, volleyball, paintball, horse riding, swimming, a jacuzzi and sauna.
Magoebaskloof Hotel

Located at the top of the Magoebaskloof Pass, on the R71, between Pietersburg and Tzaneen, is the 106-bed Magoebaskloof Hotel.
It’s a beautiful area, with indigenous forests, waterfalls, and vibrant birdlife.
Conferences for up to 250 people can be arranged, with three different venues available, as well as breakaway rooms.
Most standard equipment is provided and the conference services include secretarial services, photocopying and faxing.
For relaxation, swimming, squad, hiking, and bowls are all on offer.
Meropa Casino and Entertainment World

Meropa Casino and Entertainment World is located just five kilometres from Polokwane, the capital of Limpopo.
It has a separate fully-equipped conference centre able to seat up to 600 delegates, and has four breakaway rooms.
Accomodation is available at the nearby Town Lodge.
For entertainment, there is the upmarket casino, a cultural fair and market, the Magic Speedway which features two go-kart tracks, and the Amphitheatre which has entertainment every weekend and on public holidays.
WildThingZ is made up of bird and reptile parks, as well as a butterfly park and insectarium. In addition, there is also the Bird of Prey Centre.
Oasis Lodge Polokwane

Located only six kilometers from the central business district of Polokwane, the capital of Limpopo, is the Oasis Lodge.
It has 99 deluxe rooms and thatched rondavels. The rooms are all air-conditioned while the rondavels have fans only.
There are 10 conference rooms and one boardroom, with a maximum seating capacity of 2 000 cinema style, which the Oasis Lodge is capable or providing catering for. Each venue is air-conditioned and fully equipped.
Putt-putt, volleyball, and swimming is available at the Lodge, while nearby there are museums, a game reserve, a bird and reptile park, a waterfall, rain-forest, and caves.

Located 20 minutes south of Polokwane, Protea Hotel The Ranch, is a four-star hotel, situated on one-thousand hectares of grassland.
It has 103 rooms, including two Presidential Suites and two Executive Suites, each with their own private courtyard and spa pool.
There are eight air-conditioned conference venues, capable of hosting up to 550 delegates. They are fully-equipped and satellite and video-conferencing facilities are available.
Attractions on the rounds include The Ranch Lion Kingdom, which has 34 lions, from little cubs through to mature adults, as well as a hyena. Game drives can be arranged, as well as 4 x 4 tracks, and mountain biking. A children's playground is available and teambuilding takes place on high and low rope courses.
Tzaneen Country Lodge

The Tzaneen Country Lodge, less than an hour’s drive from the Kruger National Park’s Phalaborwa Gate, is a privately-owned four-star hotel, offering 50 luxury en-suite rooms.
It offers five different conference venues and is able to accommodate up to 1 000 delegates. The Lodge is set on a 150 hectare working Mango farm, which also allows for teambuilding.
State-of-the-art equipment is provided and specially tailored menus can be arranged.
The Tzaneen Country Lodge offers a tranquil environment, including an indigenous forest with fantastic bird life. Cycling, canoeing and bass fishing gets delegates in touch with the environment when they are not working.
Waterberg Convention Centre

A little over an hour’s drive from Pretoria, the Waterberg Convention Centre in the heart of the bushveld, offers a peaceful getaway destination for conference-goers.
The conference room is able to accommodate up to 100 delegates and can also be subdivided into smaller rooms. A smaller breakaway room is available for groups of up to 15 people.
All equipment is supplied.
There is a play room to unwind in during breaks, while accommodation is four kilometers away at Villa Olien Guesthouse where five units sleep five guests each.

About an hour-and-a-half north of Pretoria, and 55 kilometres from Polokwane, is the Zebula Country Club and Spa, a five-star golfing resort.
Set in the bushveld, it offers luxury accommodation, a game reserve, a big cat enclosure, and world-class health spa.
Zebula is able to host up 100 delegates in its conference room, a second floor venue that overlooks the golf course and the surrounding bush. All equipment is available on request.
Game drives, including at night, are popular activities, while, apart from golf, swimming, tennis, squad, and a fully-equipped gym is also on offer.
