How to report a fault, make an account inquiry, lodge a complaint or get other customer service from Telkom, Cell C, MTN or Vodacom.

To complain about a Telkom service, follow these steps (and always ask for and take note of a complaint reference number):
- Phone 10210 (account inquiries), 10212 (fault reporting) or 10217 (business-related) and lodge your complaint.
- If you're not satisfied with the response, phone again and ask to speak to a supervisor.
- If you're still not satisfied, call regional customer care at 0800 600 126
- If you want to take the matter further, ask the regional customer care manager for the number of the chief executive officer and lodge your complaint with him/her.
- If you've given Telkom time to resolve your complaint and you're still not satisfied, contact The Independent Communications Authority of South Africa
