SA's employment tax incentives boost jobs

Nearly 300 000 young South Africans have landed jobs since the Employment Tax Incentive Act came into force. The National Treasury says the initial take up of the incentive has been "higher than expected". It will be up for review in 2016, when its longer-term impact will be assessed.
