ExecuJet expands Cape Town base
State-of-the-art facility
The purpose-built, state-of-the-art fixed base operations facility is located parallel to the main runway, with 5 000 square metres of hangar and 7 000 square metres of ramp parking, and has exclusive access to the taxiway and runway of Cape Town International. ExecuJet's services will include a fixed base operation, non-scheduled business aircraft charter, general aviation aircraft maintenance, boardroom and secretarial services, parking facilities, concierge services and helicopter transfers. In addition, the company has extensive experience in planning VIP, diplomatic and presidential flights. With the company recently having received European maintenance approval, it will now provide maintenance services to both local and foreign aircraft owners at its Cape Town facility. The approval allows the company to perform maintenance work on European registered aircraft, with the approval of European aviation authorities. "The provision of these services will be an extension of the services already provided by ExecuJet South Africa at Lanseria Airport and other ExecuJet facilities in Dubai, Sydney, Melbourne, Kuala Lumpur, Zurich, Berlin, Copenhagen and Monterey", said ExecuJet South Africa MD Ettore Poggi.
